Searching for Two Candidates
 
The Atlantic Auto Group, the eighth largest auto group in the United States is expanding due to booming business and we are looking to add customer sales representatives to our Business Development Center in South Shore Hyundai in Valley Stream.

This is a great career opportunity for applicants with automotive BDC experience, or for someone with other customer service/telephone contact experience. Applicants with bi-lingual skills in the Spanish language are welcomed.

Responsibilities for our BDC positions include:
  • Responding to and following up all customer Internet inquiries via email.
  • Making follow-up calls to unsold/sold customers.
  • Interacting with customers as well as with all dealership departments.

There is no "cold calling" associated with this position.  We only work with consumers who have requested information from us.
This position includes a base salary plus an aggressive commission plan with bonuses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Automotive BDC experience is preferred but will train candidates with customer service and/or telephone contact experience.
  • Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time.
  • We want friendly upbeat people who like talking on the phone and helping people find answers to customer's questions about our extensive line of products.
  • Ability to address and answer customer requests via phone and e-mail skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Ability to follow instructions to perform tasks for Business Development Manager.
  • Ability to encourage customers to schedule appointments.
  • Excellent written and oral bi-lingual communication skills.
  • Determination to effectively follow-up with customers.
  • Dependable and compliant in following assigned work schedule which will include nightime and weekend hours.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.
  • We want to hire only the best so you must pass a drug test and a background check and have a valid NYS driver's license.
